Drive people programs London-based leadership role partnering with across functions to align talent strategies with Lead organizational design, team scaling and workforce planning as the business evolves rapidly. Provide expert counsel on complex employee matters and ensure compliance with UK frameworks. Partner with HRBP for North America and COEs to deliver a unified employee experience. Mitigate risks and drive large-scale HR initiatives with minimal disruption. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments (AI, SaaS or deep Deep business acumen and track record supporting rapid growth and change. In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
