Director, Contracts, Procurement and Partnerships

📋 Description Lead legal review, drafting, negotiation and management of procurement contracts Develop and maintain standard contract templates, playbooks and negotiation guidelines Negotiate SaaS subscriptions, professional services agreements, licensing, SOWs and MSAs Handle agreements for select major clients and strategic partnerships Advise on data privacy, security and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, other regs) Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments and close-out 🎯 Requirements At least 10 years as a contracts professional with procurement focus 3+ years supporting Partnership and Procurement Reviews Strong interest in transactional law and cybersecurity In-house and remote work experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder relationships Organizational, analytical skills and professional judgment 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Flexible work model; remote or office options Parental leave, training reimbursement, wellbeing support Equal opportunity and accommodations
