Maintenance Associate

📋 Description Facility maintenance and repair of KNOS buildings, grounds, and equipment. Work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs. Support school operations and events, ensuring safe, functional facilities. 🎯 Requirements Education & Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 2–4+ years in building maintenance or a primary trade. Knowledge: Basic building systems, tool safety, LOTO, ladder safety, PPE.
