Develop strategies by understanding company products, markets, customers, and partners. 🎯 Requirements Minimum five (5) years of progressive legal experience in corporate/commercial transactions Experience leading negotiations of complex technology agreements with global financial institutions Demonstrated experience with AI, data privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and related matters.
