Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Supported/Community Living Program

📋 Description The Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Supported/Community Living Program will work 1:1 with Provide transportation to community events, hobbies, appointments, shopping trips, and other Assist with household duties including cleaning, laundry, meal prep, budgeting and routines. Enrich and support the lives of the persons served while maintaining a safe environment. Provide companionship and personalized care while encouraging independence and self-care. Assist with activities of daily living and community-based supports. 🎯 Requirements Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle required for the Community Living Support Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities OR customer service Ability to work independently and problem solve without direct supervision. Dependable, adaptable, flexible; strong reading, writing, and communication skills for Maintain professional demeanor in interactions with persons served and families.
