📋 Description Lead financial modeling and analytics for multi-market client engagements Develop and improve sophisticated financial models aligned with objectives Build dynamic models for leases, occupancy costs, cash flows, and investments Analyze pre-tax and after-tax cash flows, NPV, IRR, and GAAP evaluations Translate goals into analytics for site selection, negotiations, and portfolio optimization Collaborate with transaction teams and stakeholders to deliver insights 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics; MBA preferred 8–12 years in financial analysis or real estate finance Experience leading complex financial analyses for real estate or occupier strategies Strong cash flow, lease structures, occupancy cost modeling knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel and sophisticated dynamic models Experience with cash vs GAAP analyses and transaction structures 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range approx. $126,762 – $145,000 Annual bonus eligibility Medical/dental/vision insurance options Employer-paid life, AD&D, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off and parental leave options
