Security Shift Lead - Office High Rise - Chicago

📋 Description Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on shift. Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Titan Management. Manage security officers: scheduling, payroll, training, coaching. Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property. Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately. Develop staff through performance management and training adherence. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of continuous supervisory experience. High School diploma or GED; at least 18 years old. Valid Security License if required by state; driver’s license as applicable. English literacy; bi-lingual a plus. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
