📋 Description Provide PT services as a PTA via home health visits. Assist clients in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well being with treatments and patient Per diem or part-time schedule serving adult and geriatric patients in Staunton, VA area. Performs tasks within Home Health setting and per visit basis. Prior home health experience preferred for this role. 🎯 Requirements Current licensure or certification in the state of VA. Graduate of a two-year APTA-approved program (transcript/diploma required). At least one year PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam for initial qualification (per At least one year of work under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
