📋 Description Lead daily store operations on the sales floor including opening/closing procedures, cash handling Greet, assist and upsell customers; ensure exceptional service and respond to inquiries. Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising. Partner with store support teams to increase sales and expand markets. Support Store Manager with budgeting, labor costs, supplies, and expenses. Maintain pricing, signage, and displays; receive vendor deliveries and stock the floor. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of management experience Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred) Wine, Spirits & Beer product knowledge (preferred) Ability to work full-time (nights, weekends, holidays) Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills 🎁 Benefits
