📋 Description Manage full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding Partner with client groups on headcount, requisitions, strategy Screen and source candidates, including passive candidates Support candidate tours and onsite interview experience Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding logistics Adapt to changing hiring priorities in a fast-paced env 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree + 1+ years recruiting; or associate + 2+ years; or 3+ years in lieu of degree 2+ years of technical recruiting; 2+ years of SGA recruiting Experience in-house recruiting and high-volume hiring Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing Comfort with recruiting data, reporting, and stakeholder influence 🎁 Benefits On-site full-time role; remote/hybrid not considered ITAR requirements and compliance noted in description
