📋 Description Hands-on work on a wide variety of litigation matters, pre-litigation dispute resolution, internal Proactively handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, motion practice, witness prep Provide strategic legal advice to internal partners on litigation and regulatory matters related to Deliver regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams to address novel legal challenges. Guide departments like Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Customer Care, Product Manage outside counsel, including guidance, staffing, case management, budgeting, and alignment 🎯 Requirements J.D. from a top-tier law school; active membership in at least one state bar. 5+ years civil litigation experience at a mid-to-large firm or regulatory agency; prior in-house Regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and complex/consumer class Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
