📋 Description Lead employment-law strategy and compliance for Vast across multiple states and internal clients. Advise on CA wage/hour, PAGA, hiring, performance, accommodations, leaves, compensation and pay Provide practical counsel on employee relations issues, escalations, disciplinary actions, and Guide multi-state employment law compliance and AI-use implications in the workplace. Draft, review, and maintain employment policies and handbooks for legal compliance and internal 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in a legal role at a private company or law firm. Expertise in employment law at a start-up tech or high-growth org.
