📋 Description Hands-on litigation matters across consumer, regulatory disputes, investigations, and competition. Advise internal partners on litigation and regulatory issues affecting Lyft’s products and services. Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams on regulatory matters. Guide outside counsel with budgeting, staffing, and case management aligned to Lyft’s strategy. Collaborate with Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Product, and other departments to Manage internal processes to minimize legal risk in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from a top-tier school; active bar membership. 5+ years civil litigation experience; in-house experience preferred. Experience with regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; high ethical standards.
