📋 Description Interpret behavioral health documentation and coding review results (ICD-10-CM and CPT) and Determine whether a flagged finding is accurate — confirming genuine documentation and coding Serve as a subject matter expert by answering provider and internal-team questions on behavioral Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic responses to providers through our support channels (e.g. Contribute to provider education efforts, including drafting content, identifying documentation Partner with our Customer Experience (CX) team to build knowledge base content and resources that 🎯 Requirements CPC certification (required) and 1–2 years of outpatient or professional-services coding Strong grasp of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines and documentation requirements Clear, empathetic communication, especially when educating providers or discussing sensitive Ability to balance supportive coaching with enforcing provider policies regarding payer standards CPMA certification (nice to have) Ability to independently reach correct coding and documentation conclusions on behavioral health 🎁 Benefits The base pay range is $60,520 - $89,000 per year, plus eligibility for an equity grant depending on Comprehensive total rewards package including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings, and Commitment to inclusion and reasonable accommodations; E-Verify participation
