📋 Description Hands-on litigation and pre-litigation dispute work across consumer, regulatory, government Advise internal business partners on litigation and regulatory strategy; apply current laws to Lyft Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams on regulatory and legal matters. Guide departments such as Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, Customer Care, Product Oversee outside counsel: guidance, staffing, budgeting, and alignment with Lyft’s legal strategy. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from a top-tier law school and active bar membership in at least one state. 5+ years civil litigation experience at a mid/large law firm or regulatory agency; in-house Experience with regulatory disputes, government investigations, competition matters, and complex or Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
