📋 Description Lead regional flight operations support teams, optimize workforce performance, and ensure Manage distributed teams, coordinate with maintenance, training, and partner relations. Develop procedures, improve systems, and support regional expansion in drone delivery operations. Oversee vendor relationships, staffing forecasts, and data governance across platforms. Represent the organization in regional engagements with external stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in aviation operations/logistics or related field. Experience managing distributed teams in fast-paced environments. Minimum 2 years in commercial drone operations; knowledge of Part 107/135 regulations. Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate; valid driver's license. Strong leadership, prioritization, and performance management skills.
