HR SSC Team Leader (HK/MY/ SG)

📋 Description Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services for MYS/HKG/SGP cluster Oversee Employee Lifecycle, Payroll and Benefits service delivery Ensure SLAs, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction Support HR transformation, HRIS automation and capability building 🎯 Requirements Degree in HR/economics/business or equivalent Minimum 5 years HR experience; 2+ years in supervisory role in HR SSC Hands-on payroll, benefits and employee lifecycle operations across countries Experience with multinationals and diverse stakeholders Knowledge of labour laws across APAC with Malaysia/HK/SG familiarity a plus MS Office and HRIS experience; exposure to Workday/Dayforce/Ascender/SmartRecruiters; automation 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer SGS health, safety and environmental commitments Opportunities for process improvement and career development
