📋 Description Support public-company reporting & securities compliance activities (filings, proxies Assist corporate governance, secretarial matters, board materials, and shareholder meeting Manage entity governance, formation, qualifications, filings, and records. Support capital markets & financing, due diligence, equity programs, and international Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions (diligence, signing, closing). Collaborate with Finance, HR, Commercial, Communications, and other teams for legal guidance. 🎯 Requirements Law degree (JD/LLM/LL.B. or equivalent). Minimum 3 years in U.S. corporate & securities law, with exposure to U.S. public-company Solid knowledge of governance, SEC reporting, corporate structures, and regulatory deadlines. Experience drafting securities filings, governance docs, and transactional agreements.
