📋 Description Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other Help design and deliver life-changing care in a team-centered, strength-based ABA therapy model. Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments across home, school, and Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting. Utilize a transdisciplinary approach with external specialists to support the whole child. Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date (training provided). High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred; degree requirements may apply. Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
