📋 Description Own the operational, financial, and execution backbone of the company to enable CEO focus on vision Ensure executive team executes against strategy with discipline using OKRs and a well-run operating Lead and manage executive team meetings and ensure department OKRs/Health Indicators are set and Oversee Operations team and maintain the company’s Work AI OS with strong leadership direction. Partner with CEO on company direction, strategic planning, and priority setting. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation tied to merit and priorities. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in a senior leadership or equivalent role guiding operating models and performance Experience operating inside a fast-growing company with direct P&L or budget accountability. Strong track record improving financial performance and risk visibility at scale. Proven ability to design and run company-wide operating systems and management cadences. Experience leading distributed/remote, cross-border teams.
