📋 Description Roku seeks a Senior Counsel, Employment and Labor to join its Legal team for UK, EMEA, and global Provide strategic guidance on employment, labor, benefits, and related matters. Draft and negotiate employment-related documents; manage claims, litigation, and outside counsel Monitor legislation and implement compliance and risk-mitigation strategies. Collaborate with People teams and cross-functional partners to translate legal requirements into 🎯 Requirements Qualified legal professional with 6+ years post-qualification experience in employment/labor Deep knowledge of UK employment and labor laws; exposure to additional EMEA jurisdictions or India In-house experience strongly preferred; experience in tech/entertainment/content industries is a Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
