📋 Description Lead and expand the estate planning practice with technical standards and quality expectations. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing estate planning team. Serve as senior technical resource for complex estate planning matters. Design advanced wealth transfer strategies for multi-generational needs. Partner with wealth advisors, tax pros, and leadership to integrate estate planning into financial Manage relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families and coordinate with external advisors. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; LL.M. preferred. Active law license in at least one U.S. state. 20+ years of estate planning experience with high-value clients. Proven leadership of high-performing estate planning teams. Deep expertise in federal transfer tax, trusts, administration, and advanced wealth transfer Experience with multi-generational plans, complex assets, and cross-jurisdictional matters. 🎁 Benefits Competitive total cash compensation: $300,000 - $450,000 USD.
