📋 Description Own the resolution of client-reported compliance cases from intake through closure, ensuring Partner with internal teams and external publisher partners to investigate issues, coordinate Perform compliance reviews across websites, social media posts, ad campaigns, and creative mock-ups Apply regulatory frameworks (TILA, UDAAP, FTC guidelines) and issuer-specific requirements when Maintain accurate case notes, audit documentation, and status updates to support team tracking and Contribute to the development and refinement of compliance workflows and SOPs by sharing practical 🎯 Requirements Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
