📋 Description Own end-to-end planning: budget, 4+8 and 8+4 rolling forecasts, 5-year plan Consolidate inputs from all units for board-ready view Partner with channel leads and dept heads on drivers of numbers Turn balance sheet movements into plain language insights Manage multi-currency planning for a global business 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in FP&A or finance business partnering Experience building budgets, forecasts and long-range plans Fluent with enterprise FP&A tools (Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Adaptive Insights) Strong Excel modelling; capable of sanity-checking others’ models Ability to present P&L and balance sheet analysis to senior stakeholders Experience partnering with non-finance leaders to drive action 🎁 Benefits Bellroy is a certified B Corp Global team with close-to-MHQ decision-making Hybrid work setup (office + home) at Collingwood HQ
