📋 Description Support regional and global HR operations by managing employee lifecycle activities. Advise stakeholders and collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance and quality Act as regional HR expert for onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Provide guidance on Canadian employment practices, benefits, payroll processes, and HR matters. Manage relationships with HR service providers, benefits partners, payroll providers, and external Support customer-facing teams with HR expertise to strengthen client relationships and growth. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or related 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR Specialist/HR Generalist/HRBP). Strong understanding of HR practices, Canadian employment legislation, and compliance. Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, communication (English & French), and collaboration with international 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual compensation of CAD 81,600 – 102,000, plus eligible variable compensation.
