📋 Description Lead CA Gen consulting projects for enterprise clients. Analyze legacy apps and propose modernization, re-platforming, re-architecture. Install/configure/upgrade CA Gen environments and optimize performance. Design/develop/implement solutions using CA Gen technologies. Troubleshoot complex tech challenges; improve reliability. Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong commercial CA Gen experience. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading CA Gen. Strong knowledge of CBD, batch/transaction processing, RDBMS, performance tuning, UI design. Proven modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming delivery experience.
