Director, Site Start up

📋 Description Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and shape SSU strategy, people, processes and systems. Collaborate with functions to ensure SSU delivery and client satisfaction (IRB/EC, CA submissions Partner with Head of Site Start Up to develop SSU framework, tools and KPIs. Support SSU collaboration with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams globally/regionally. Drive change management and evolution of PfM global structure for growth. Oversee large/complex SSU programs and manage escalations and remediation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience. Experience working for a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO). Experience in people management and leadership track record. Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development; strong stakeholder skills.
