📋 Description Lead CA Gen consulting projects and support enterprise clients with modernization initiatives. Analyze legacy applications and recommend modernization, re-platforming, and re-architecture Install, configure, upgrade, and optimize CA Gen environments. Design, develop, and implement solutions using CA Gen technologies. Troubleshoot complex technical challenges; improve performance and reliability. Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Strong commercial experience with CA Gen. Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading CA Gen environments. Knowledge of application development, CBD, batch/transaction processing, relational DBs Proven experience in modernization, legacy transformation, re-platforming.
