Senior Manager, Regulatory and PV Delivery

📋 Description Lead regulatory and pharmacovigilance delivery across projects. Serve as franchise liaison between Ergomed Group and clients on multi-project programs. Assist senior management in securing new business via BD meetings and proposals. Provide strategic regulatory guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring. Line manage staff as needed and support audits/inspections readiness. Drive department initiatives and implement changes with planned timelines. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years in pharma/CRO or regulatory bodies, 3+ in leadership/PM roles. Proven ability to manage global projects. Expert knowledge of ICH GCP and/or GVP and relevant local/regulatory requirements.
