Regional Legal Counsel

📋 Description Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including financing, vendor, and service Oversee contract management systems to standardize contracting across the region. Provide practical legal advice to business units on commercial and operational matters. Work cross-functionally to identify and address legal risks. Support regulatory and compliance matters where needed. Drive internal legal policies and processes region-wide. 🎯 Requirements Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Minimum 5 years post-admission legal experience. In-house legal experience in financial services/fintech or regulated sectors preferred. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; multi-jurisdictional exposure is a plus. Strong commercial drafting, attention to detail, and ability to translate legal concepts for Good governance understanding, collaboration skills, and proficiency with MS Office and legal 🎁 Benefits Monthly housing allowance and periodic flights home.
