📋 Description Provide leadership to the Site Start-up (SSU) department and guide strategy for SSU growth, people Collaborate with Regulatory, Sites, IRB/EC, CA and Contracts to ensure SSU delivery and client Develop SSU framework, tools and methodologies with the Head of Site Start Up to enable project Oversee SSU programs, including large or complex programs, across global and regional contexts. Support cross-functional planning and governance with Clinical Operations, Project Management and Drive process optimization to improve SSU profitability and meet budget targets. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors in life sciences or related field; 12+ years in clinical research with extensive SSU Experience in CRO environments and people management. Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process. Proven leadership, team management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with MS Office; familiarity with clinical software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC).
