📋 Description Manage ongoing disability and life waiver of premium claims. Review medical, financial records and investigations. Interpret policy provisions, exclusions, riders, benefits. Communicate outcomes with policyholders and brokers. Maintain accurate claim files and reserve calculations. Collaborate with medical/legal teams as needed. 🎯 Requirements University degree in any discipline or equivalent experience. 2–3+ years in claims adjudication, preferably disability. Fully bilingual in French and English. Strong customer service mindset and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
