Financial Control and Operations Manager

📋 Description Own end-to-end month-end close across all entities; complete within 10 working days Review/approve journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments with QA to ensure zero material Maintain general ledger across multiple entities in Xero with proper multi-currency setup Oversee intercompany accounting and reconcile balances each period Oversee AP/AR and banking activities including cash disbursements and reconciliations Manage tax filing obligations across GST/VAT and corporate tax; coordinate with auditors 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred 7-10 years in finance operations or accounting; 2–3 years in a management role Proven multi-entity accounting experience across jurisdictions Hands-on Xero experience (multi-currency, multi-entity) Strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge; experience with statutory reporting Track record of improving month-end close processes 🎁 Benefits Remote-first organisation with global teams Growth-focused environment; Deloitte Tech Fast 50 recognition Collaborative culture with cross-functional exposure
