Senior Bioinformatician (m/w/d)

📋 Description Lead and deliver NGS bioinformatics services for a diverse customer base. Coordinate bioinformatic work with NGS project management from order to data delivery. Provide expert duties in day-to-day bioinformatics tasks for assigned services. Collaborate with local and global teams and support continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements Degree in a scientific discipline or 3+ years in a service lab. Bioinformatics experience in targeted genotyping assays (Amp-Seq or similar). Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 minimum). Strong knowledge of NGS tech and common bioinformatics workflows. Python and Bash scripting proficiency. Experience with LIMS and quality systems; strong communication skills.
