FP&A Business Partner

📋 Description Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning. Analyze performance: budgets, trends, forecasts. Identify profitability levers and efficiency improvements. Lead annual planning, budget reviews, and forecasts. Build dashboards and monitor KPIs with stakeholders. Partner with operations to align projections and decisions. 🎯 Requirements CPA with significant FP&A experience or CFA with accounting knowledge. 7+ years in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting (2+ in similar role). Proven business partnering with operational teams. Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau. Translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
