Director, Site Start up

📋 Description Lead the Site Start-up (SSU) department and shape strategy for SSU delivery and growth. Collaborate across functions to ensure SSU delivery and client satisfaction (IRB/EC submissions, CA Work with Head of Site Start Up to develop SSU framework, tools, risk evaluation, and methodology. Support SSU planning, governance, and global/regional SSU activities with Clinical Operations and Drive change management and alignment with PfM corporate strategies and growth. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors degree in life sciences or related field; equivalent experience acceptable. 12+ years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience. Experience in CRO environments; people management experience. Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development processes. Proven leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
