Operations Associate - Retail

📋 Description Monitor site performance using key metrics and identify gaps. Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement actions. Deliver on-site training to store staff on SOPs including picking accuracy. Maintain documentation of site visits, issues, and actions taken. Perform basic hardware checks on store devices and escalate issues. Collaborate with store managers to ensure stock accuracy and efficient order prep. 🎯 Requirements Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with mobile/tablet applications and basic troubleshooting. Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle. Willingness to travel across locations and spend time on-site.
