📋 Description Lead design, consulting, and governance of Internal Events within Places & Experiences. Build scalable event design practices across a remote-first company. Oversee a team of Event Leads and collaborate with Logistics for high-quality execution. Drive consistency, metrics, and visibility into event portfolios and budgets. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in event management, experience design, or related fields. 2+ years people management experience leading teams. Experience designing complex events, offsites, and large-scale employee experiences. Strong consulting and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
