Manager, Solutions Architect (Deployment)

📋 Description Lead a team of Solutions Architects focused on law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers. Drive technical and project guidance to ensure consistent quality and productivity in solution Coach and mentor team, fostering innovation, learning, and accountability. Analyze IT system architectures to scope and recommend technical solutions. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation Participate in hiring and onboarding of new Solutions Architects. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles. 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience. Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration. Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences including clients.
