Logistics Specialist

📋 Description Own day-to-day domestic logistics operations including pickups and deliveries. Plan and execute daily pickups and dispatch schedules. Coordinate with domestic transporters, couriers, and 3PL partners. Track on-time pickup and delivery performance; manage delays and exceptions. Support export and import execution, including documentation and controls. Vendor service invoice processing and SLA reporting. 🎯 Requirements Strong domestic logistics execution experience. Working knowledge of export and import processes. Experience in logistics vendor invoice validation and RFQ contracts. Proficient in Excel and presentation skills. High attention to detail and follow-up skills. Ability to coordinate with Finance and vendors.
