📋 Description Report to Wing Senior Flight Operations Support Manager or Regional Site Lead and work from Wing Develop Ground Support and Visual Observer crew schedules for approval with Vendor Employee Team Obtain required compliance records for vendor staff for the Wing Flight Operations training team Identify training requirements for Vendor staff and coordinate with Wing Regional Lead to schedule Support Wing maintenance activities at Wing nests or central maintenance facility Move Wing equipment under 35 lbs between Wing locations as needed 🎯 Requirements 3+ years experience scheduling teams of at least 10 people Active 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Demonstrated ability to communicate constructively in stressful circumstances Experience with resource management software such as Deputy or ServiceNow Proficiency with Google Workspace (gDocs, Sheets, Chat) 🎁 Benefits Equal opportunity employer Accommodation during interview process available Candidate Accommodations Request Form link provided in posting
