📋 Description Owns customer outcomes within a strategic account, embedding onsite and delivering end-to-end Builds, ships, and iterates on tools and AI-enabled workflows in agency environments. Maintains onsite presence (approx. 3-4 days/week) and collaborates with Product, Engineering 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments. Proven builder who ships automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer Experience across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems. Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical settings.
