📋 Description 1:1 work with children and young adults diagnosed with autism in home and community Support clients following treatment plans and behavior support plans Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills Document interventions and progress toward goals Collect behavior data and review progress with supervisors to improve programs Provide transportation as directed by the treatment plan 🎯 Requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or pursuing RBT credential Experience with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities preferred Ability to work 1:1 in home and community settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) concepts 🎁 Benefits Health Insurance Paid Time Off Scholarships Employee Appreciation Events Weekly Pay Schedule
