HVAC Technician - Residential Service

📋 Description The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation Diagnose HVAC issues, perform routine maintenance, ensure code/manufacturer compliance, and Complete jobs efficiently with minimal supervision; work primarily in residential (80%) and some Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing the company professionally. Read blueprints, mechanical plans, and wiring diagrams to guide work. 🎯 Requirements Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent state-required certifications. EPA 608 Certification (required). Minimum 5 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, refrigeration principles, and safe practices. Experience with older systems/retrofits; leadership/mentoring may be preferred.
