📋 Description Lead and manage an active patent portfolio Support IP-related transactions (NDAs, collaborations, product development, suppliers) Advise on IP deals, including M&A and licensing, with due diligence Provide IP-related litigation support, trademark and trade secret protection Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and executives to translate tech into IP protection Monitor industry trends and oversee risk management processes 🎯 Requirements Minimum 6+ years in IP law (law firm or in-house), focus on patent prosecution 2+ years in-house experience preferred (portfolio management, IP transactions) Technical background related to medical devices, robotics, or engineering JD degree and CA bar membership or RHIC eligibility Registered to practice before the USPTO Ability to assess IP opportunities and risks for M&A, investments, licensing
