📋 Description Senior Manager responsible for technical accounting guidance and support for complex transactions Collaborate with Revenue, Fixed Assets, Leasing, FP&A, Tax, Legal; liaise with external Lead development of accounting policies, ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX, and Support financial reporting processes and respond to changes in reporting requirements (GAAP/IFRS). Mentor and develop accounting team members; monitor new FASB pronouncements and advise management 🎯 Requirements A master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation required. 8+ years in leading technical accounting, including public accounting (Big Four preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and IFRS; ability to interpret complex accounting issues. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
