📋 Description Own the US 3PL relationship, weekly cadence, SLA scorecards, and QBRs. Maintain warehouse performance on on-time ship rate, accuracy, putaway time, damage, shrink. Lead root-cause fixes for misships, mispicks, and mislabeling with CX input. Ensure inventory integrity: WMS accuracy, cycle counts, audits, reconciliations. Oversee kitting, assembly, value-add work orders, and staff planning ahead of peak.
