📋 Description Own the vision, strategy, and annual calendar for tenant community events across amenity spaces. Design experiences to support leasing velocity and tenant retention through broker events and tours. Build long-term tenant relationships and incorporate feedback into tailored programming. Promote on-site F&B, retail, and local vendors for cohesive events. Define goals, logistics, and run-of-show frameworks for each event. Manage annual tenant events budget and measure attendance and feedback. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in full-cycle event operations, hospitality, or premium guest-facing environments. Proven ability to maintain operational standards and drive high-volume/high-touch experiences. Experience driving revenue/efficiency via staffing, planning, and resource management. Strong escalation management to protect guest experience. Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
