📋 Description Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned geographic region. Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services Drive operational growth, develop new business opportunities, and lead program performance and Manage budget, staffing, licensing, and policy development; coordinate with state management teams. Promote leadership development and ensure consistency and compliance across all programs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required (e.g., Psychology, Counseling 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services, group homes, or community programs. 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs/sites. Understanding of person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver services, and regulatory Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech platforms. Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving record. 🎁 Benefits Work Schedule: Typically 8 AM – 5 PM EST; some travel required. 401K with up to 3% employer match after one year.
