Lead teams and client engagements to deliver measurable outcomes. Serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts and escalation point. Work with Google Cloud accounts and partner engineering on delivery alignment. Build and develop a high-performing delivery team across US, EMEA, LATAM. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years leading complex technology programs; 5+ years in professional services or SI. Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements; migrations and data platform builds Proven ownership of portfolio performance: margin, forecasting accuracy, utilization, and client People management: hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders. Pre-sales credibility: shaping solutions, presenting delivery approach, writing SOWs/change orders.
